We have been checking different topics related to Big Data in terms of definitions, the relationship between Big Data and marketing and customer data implications. Now we are going to move into Artificial Intelligence in Digital Marketing, which is a radical technology, which could generate a big advantage in technology reality. (Chen, 2019. p.38)
Artificial Intelligence refers to the capability to perform tasks through software and services which were developing for human. (Chaffey, 2019) Digital Strategies are being transformed by AI due to the ability to collect data, understand it and create new insights for companies. Let`s review some examples of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing.
- Content Marketing: Natural Language Generating (NLG) is one of the AI tools which permit us to extract a large volume of structured and unstructured data, making them easily understood to create actions in terms of marketing to improve business overall. - Brand recognition: Voice Search Technology could be one of the best AI tools to create a competitive advantage and high recognition in terms of resolving queries to display a better service. With virtual assistants such as Alexa, Siri and Google Home companies could add SEO search campaigns to getting the results that companies are expecting for. (Voice Search SEO: Strategies & Optimization tips for 2020, 2019)
- Customer Service: Data Management Platform (DPM) with AI can identify segment and they also could understand customer behavior through the experience and collect information about them. Chatbot an automated assistant communication giving the impression that customers are talking with a real person is another good example because it can solve small issues and answer some customers that come out from customers. (Martin, 2018)
Artificial Intelligence is a great tool to reach goals in terms of marketing and business overall. The challenge is adapting to those tools and train the teams to understand the benefit of connecting AI with Digital Marketing Strategies.
